Joan A. Riley, 92, of Methuen passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday April 21, 2016.  Mrs. Riley was born, raised and educated in Methuen and has lived in Methuen all of her life.  Joan enjoyed bingo and doing crossword puzzles.  She especially loved her kitties and dogs and she loved being with her children and their families.

The widow of Hubert Riley, her family members include her daughters, Nancy and her husband, Edward Bemis, Linda Jackunchuck and Donna and her husband, Daniel LaRochelle. She also leaves her sons, Robert and his wife, Patti Riley, James and his wife, Maureen Riley and Frank and his wife, Sandy Riley.  She has a brother, William Weston as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren including her granddaughter, Kimberly who lived with Grammy and took special care of her.  Joan was predeceased by her sons, William Riley and Fred Riley and her daughter, Diane.

Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Tuesday April 26, 2016 from 9am to 11am at The Charles F.
