Sandra, Phil, Mike and Rowena as you know I have known Uncle Joe for most of my life, Bill and I were always a member of the family. I have so many wonderful memories to long to post all of them but to mention a few Drive In Theater to see Elvis Presley Movies, Duncan's Beach, Kingston and Bear Brook, Two Week Cottage rentals in Salisbury, pepper and egg sandwiches and of course his famous Egg Plant. Ron and I were lucky to have had him in our lives. He was a kind and generous man.he will be missed. Love to you as well as the grand and great grandchildren

I will always remember you as Uncle Joe and all the fun times we had at Kingston Lake. And who wouldn't remember those cookouts at the Scowcrofts. The memories will be with me always. You were always so nice to me. I bet you will be cooking that wonderful eggplant parm for the family in heaven. Please give everyone a big hug for me. Until the time we all see each other again, hugs and kisses. Luv Sharlene
