Helen, my Godmother, was always an inspiration to me. We often argued about politics and religion, and I always lost, but I always learned much from our exchange. I remember going to her office in Andover as a High School student and not being able to see her behind the papers on her desk. But she would always surface and greet me with a hug. Since I had moved to Virginia years ago, we had kept in touch primarily through phone calls. Last summer, my family and I had a great visit with her and spent the day driving along the coast and eating a lobster lunch at the beach. During that visit, she told my daughters all about Merrimack College, and we shared fond memories as we toured her favorite spots. She was an incredible lady, and will be missed. I will treasure all my memories, but especially our last visit. Our deepest condolences to her family. Michael Lapointe (with Ruth, Valerie, and Julie Lapointe)

Joe & Joan,

We are so sorry for your loss. We were very surprised to hear of her death as Mark just recently spoke with her at the bank. Regrets we were away when you had Helen's funeral. Helen was a "one in a million lady" and did lots to help many people including myself. She will reap her rewards in heaven for all the good she did.. God bless her and bless each of you. With much love, Terry & Mark

Helen was a lifelog friend to my parents, Maureen Letourneau and Norman Letourneau. She was lovely woman who cared about everyone and I can not thank her enough for what she meant to my family over the years. Helen was a gourmet cook and offered to host my wedding shower 35 years ago. I will miss her so much. God Speed Helen!

I was so sorry to learn that Auntie Helen passed away. All the Comeau's are special people but Auntie Helen was in a class of her own. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
