I went to school with Barbara Bridgeo Carpenter in the eighth grade. She was a very warm and loving classmate. I remember all of her loving birthday cards, which I have to this very day.Summer 1976 was the last time I ever saw Barbara. I visited her in her home in Woburn Massachusetts. We spent a delightful afternoon looking at year books of our high school days.

Dear Wil & Family, I am so, so sorry for you loss. May you find peace and comfort in these words reminding you that Barbara will be with you forever...
“I give you this one thought to keep;
I am with you still, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not think of me as gone
I am with you still in each new dawn.”

So sad. No words can express the sorrow we feel. From the minute we met at the beach, we all laughed and never stopped. We shared so many good times. Barbara was truely one of the most loving and fun people we've ever met. She loved everyone, no matter what. Barbara will surely be missed by so many people, especially us. The beach will forever miss her laughter and fun loving way, and so will we. Our condolences to her Family. We love you Barb! Friends Forever, Karen and John XOXO
