Thank you all so very much for the kindness and compassion all of you showed to me and my family during what was a very difficult time. From the very beginning when I first contacted Rob, all of you went above and beyond to ensure we received kind and thoughtful service, despite our several special requests. A very special thank you to Al for his professionalism and compassion and great sense of humor. It was such a pleasure exchanging stories with you, and I am grateful to have had you there with us to honor my Dad’s life. It was a beautiful service and a perfect goodbye. My God bless you all.

Dear Al,
I am writing you to extend on behalf of my family, our sincere appreciation for the entire process of how you and your staff handled the arrangements for the wake of our mother, Rita Ouellette. We could not have been more pleased with the entirety of the evening. The way that everything flowed so smoothly was a very comforting way for us as a family, to say goodbye to our mother, or in some cases our aunt, our sister, or just a well loved friend. Thank you, once again for your help.
