Edward D. Maynard, Jr, 87, son of Edward D. and Edith (Binns) Maynard passed away on Saturday July 16, 2016 following a long illness.  Mr. Maynard was born, raised and educated in Methuen and worked as a trade contractor for most of his life.  He met the love of his life, Joan through a mutual friend and they married on July 9, 1950.  Together they raised six children, Deborah Levine of Connecticut,  Beverly Casey and her husband, Michael of Salem, NH, Jane Parent and her husband, Gene of Salem, NH, Tina Maynard of Littleton, MA and York Beach, Maine, Gail Manemanus and her husband, Dean of Plaistow, NH and Gary Maynard of Plaistow, NH.  Edward also leaves 17 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many others who loved him.

Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Friday July 22, 2016 from 9am to 11am at The Charles F.
