Vicenta Flores Arzu

Vicenta Flores Azru, 96, of Fall River, MA passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA.

Born on November 17, 1926, in Corozal, LaCeiba, Honduras to Luis Flores and Maria Victoriana Arzu.  She was educated in Honduras and resided there until coming to the United States.  She settled in the Fall River area.  She was employed as a laundry assistant.

Vicenta is survived by her 10 children: Dinorah Arzu, Maria Guzman, Jose Guzman, Oscar Flores, Amilcar Flores, Luis Guzman, Julio Cesar Arzu, Hernan Rivas, Elsa Flores and Alba Melendez, and many, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends may call, Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dewhirst & Boles Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844.  Burial will take place in Tela, Atlantida, Honduras.
