Stanislaw Urban

Stanislaw Urban 88, of Lawrence died peacefully at home on April 21,2023 surrounded by his family. He was born in Poland where he grew up with his parents and two sisters. In his 40’s he came to America and a couple of years later he bought “Sunkist” Bakery in Lawrence. Since then, he was known as a “Baker”. For over forty years Stanislaw made Polish bread as well as friendships in Polish community around Lawrence. He was married to Kazimiera Urban who was his business and life partner for 34 years. He loved to dance. Both of them attended Polish dances and other events organized by the Polish community. He was a devoted Catholic and Polish Sunday Mass was a part of his schedule.

Stanislaw lived a simple and fulfilling life and will be missed greatly.

Family and friends are invited to an hour of visitation on Wednesday May 17,2023 from 2 pm to 3 pm followed by a Memorial Mass at 3 pm in Holy Trinity Church 340 High Street, Lowell, MA.
