Scott Gosselin Obituary

Mr. Scott R. Gosselin, 55 of Methuen passed away on Monday, May 31, 2022, at his home.

Mr. Gosselin was born in Methuen, MA on January 21, 1967, to the late Ronald and Ann (Broadhurst) Gosselin.  He attended Methuen Public Schools and graduated from Greater Lawrence Regional Vocational Technical High School in 1985.  Mr. Gosselin owned and operated Scot-Tel Communications, a local telecommunications company.

            Mr. Gosselin was a member of the IBEW and a former member of the GLTS Advisory Board. As a member of the Bavarian Club in Lawrence, he proudly served as Vice President of the organization.

In his spare time, Mr. Gosselin enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, cooking and cultivating his garden.  He was always willing to lend a hand and gave generously of his time helping others.

            Family members include his son Jonathon R. Gosselin of Methuen.  His sister, Lynn A. (Gosselin) Storey and her husband David of East Kingston, NH; his brothers, Brad J. and his wife Susan M. (Reidy) Gosselin of Methuen, MA; Bryan and his wife Mary A. (Wheeler) Gosselin of Lawrence, MA.  His nieces; Stephanie A. Storey of Brookline, MA and Haley L. Storey of East Kingston, NH; his nephews Matthew B. and Michael S. Gosselin of Methuen. He leaves his aunts Carol Gosselin of Londonderry, NH and Marcelle Howarth of Orange City, Florida as well as several cousins including David Cataldo of Salisbury, MA and his former wife, Jody Brown Gosselin of Methuen, MA.  He was the grandson of the late Raymond and Lillian Gosselin, Walter and Marguerite Broadhurst and  nephew of the late Joan Cataldo William Broadhurst and Gerard Gosselin.

Family and friends may call on Thursday June 9, 2022 from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home 80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844.  Burial will be private.
