Rose Anna Ellsey

Rose Anna ( Lafleur) Ellsey, a woman of deep faith, left her earthly body in July 18, 2018.  She passed peacefully at Saint Francis Rehab and Nursing Center, Worcester, Ma.in the presence of a nursing staff who had grown to love her as family.  Rose had celebrated her 100th birthday on March 31st of this year.

Rose was the third oldest of eight children born to Rose and Wilfred Lafleur of Methuen, MA. Married twice, but having no children, she took great joy in her relationship with many of her nieces and nephews. She lived all of her life in Methuen, Ma. until 2013 when she moved to an assisted living facility in Worcester, Ma to be closer to her brother and his family.

She is predeceased by her brother , George Lafleur, her sisters, Regina Cook, Jeannette Gagnon, Eva Gray, and Cecile Sicard and is  survived by her brother , Phil Lafleur, of Princeton, Ma. , her sister Theresa Costa, of New York state and many nieces and nephews.
