Pecola "Pauline' Kennedy

Pecola “Pauline” Kennedy passed away in Lawrence on February 11th, 2024, after a period of declining health. Pauline was born in Lawrence, MA. on November 17th, 1926 to Lula (White) Kennedy and Jacob Kennedy. 

She graduated Lawrence High School and the New England School of Art. She worked as a professional dress maker. Pauline loved to knit and enjoyed watching her “soaps” every day. 

She is pre-deceased by her parents and sisters Helen Kennedy and Bertha (Kennedy) Gordon and brothers Jacob T. Kennedy and Haskell Kennedy. Pauline is survived by several nieces and nephews. 

Family and friends are invited to calling hours Thursday February 22 from 9:30AM to 10:30AM at Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home 80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844. A funeral service will take place at 10:30AM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, 130 No. Lowell Street, Methuen, MA 01844
