Patricia Diodati Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patricia Diodati, a loving mother, a remarkable woman, and a dedicated math tutor at Northern Essex Community College. Patricia's courageous battle came to an end on October 2nd surrounded by her loving family. She was 71 years old.

Born the eldest of six siblings, Patricia embraced a life of responsibility, creativity, and compassion from an early age. She began her journey in hairdressing as a teenager, often practicing on her brothers and sisters before turning her passion into a profession. She went on to work at Fred Marion’s salon in Lawrence, eventually opening her own salon, Tricia’s Hair Salon, and built a loyal clientele with her warmth and skill. She also worked for her parents helping run their business, D&G Tractor Trailer School, as a driving instructor.

Never one to stop growing, Patricia later transitioned into the field of electronic technology and made the courageous decision to return to school. She earned her associate degree from Northern Essex Community College; a milestone she was immensely proud of  and went on to share her knowledge and passion as a math tutor at the very same college, inspiring students with her dedication and patience.

Patricia was a deeply loving, caring, and devoted mother who gave 100% of herself to her family. Her greatest joy came from being a mother and grandmother. She is predeceased by her beloved spouse, Peter Lemay, and her daughter-in-law Marlene Diodati. She is survived by her sons Mike Diodati and Billy Veilleux, daughter- in- law Alison Veilleux; her caring daughter Cherie Lemay; and her cherished grandchildren Ayva Diodati, Adam Veilleux, and Donnie Veilleux. She also leaves behind her siblings, Nassar Jabour, Everett Jabour, George A. Jabour, Jean Wall, and Lilly Riviezzo, who will forever remember her as the strong and loving big sister who helped shape their lives.

Patricia’s life was marked by kindness, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to those she loved. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. In addition to raising her children and pursuing her career, Patricia devoted herself to caring for her parents in their later years. With the loving support of her mother-in-law, Phyllis Diodati, she provided comfort and dignity to them in their final chapter- a reflection of her deep sense of duty, compassion, and family.
