Norma Maxine (Sylvain) Tillberg – Lawrence, MA

Mrs. Norma M. Tillberg, a resident of Lawrence MA since 1972, passed away on April 20th, 2020. She was 75 years old. She was born in Dover, New Hampshire. Daughter of the late Roland and Diamond (Costoras) Sylvain. She graduated from Dover High School in 1962 and worked in a local shoe factory until relocating to Lawrence MA, in 1972.

Her hobbies included knitting, sewing, crafting, reading, and playing Bingo. Norma had a unique sense of humor and would never miss an opportunity to play a good prank, especially on her husband. She also enjoyed going for long walks with her husband and getting together with friends and family for dinners.

She will be missed by all who knew her. Norma is survived by her loving husband of 14 years, Arthur Tillberg of Lawrence, MA. Her brother, Tommy Sylvain of NH and her sister, Carol Pursley of FL. She is also survived by her beloved daughters, Paula Vrouhas of Lowell, MA, Cathy Sutton and her husband Todd of Tyngsboro, MA, Dawn Daneau and her husband Douglas of Tyngsboro, MA, and by her son, Nelson Elwell Jr. of NH. Her grandchildren, Spiro and Spencer Vrouhas, Tianna and Jacob Sutton, Alexis Daneau, Natasha, Kaylee, and Jillian Elwell, as well as several nieces and nephews also survive her. Private services will be held at a later date.
