Mary Rose (Najarian) Hovanasian was called home to God on May 10, 2020 at Blaire House of Tewksbury. Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts on August 1, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Sarkis and Rose (Ansourian) Najarian. Mary was a graduate of Lawrence High School. In July 1958 she married Martin Hovanasian at the Armenian Apostolic Church in Oakland, California and later moved back to Methuen and Amesbury. They used to enjoy taking rides every night to the beach and going out to eat.
Mary is survived by her nephews Robert Maksian and his wife Donna, Kasper Maksian and his wife Christine, her niece Charlene Hovanasian, her sister-in-law Susan Hovanasian, her niece Carol Maksian and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was pre-deceased by her husband Martin and her brothers Sarkis and Jake Najarian.
