Former Methuen resident Mark E. Ploude, 64, heard his call from the Lord on April 16th 2020 at the age of 64 after a 13 month long courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Mark was an avid sports fan, loved traveling, and truly cherished spending as much time as he could spoiling his grandchildren. He was devoted to his faith and was an active member at New England Bible Church. He was the son of the late George and Alice Ploude and is survived by the love of his life, wife of 40 years, Laurie (Sawyer) Ploude, his daughter Sarah (Ploude) Buchino and her husband Christopher, and his son Matthew Ploude and his wife Mariah, four grandsons - Gregory, Christian, Oliver, and August, his brother Michael and wife Amy, and his sister Linda and her wife Barbara, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Mark was cremated and a private service was held June 26, 2020 at New England Bible Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network or to the charity of your choice.
