Marie Dinsmore

METHUEN - Marie (Fichera) Dinsmore, 71, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, June 14th.

Daughter of Frank and Louise Fichera of Methuen, MA. Born in Lawrence, MA, Marie was educated in the Methuen Schools and graduated from Tenney High School. She graduated from Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, MA. Marie worked in various positions as an insurance agent in the course of her professional career. She was employed by Insurance Express for fifteen years before retiring.

Marie will be remembered for her love and devotion to her family, her love of cooking, and her playful sense of humor. She loved to play cards and was known for being the best Nana ever. Marie was very proud of her gardening endeavors, planting beautiful flowers everywhere. Her infectious smile and laugh will live on forever in the memories of those she touched.

Marie is survived by her beloved husband Robert K. Dinsmore, her son Jay Dinsmore and his wife Jen Dinsmore of Salem, NH,and their daughter Jodi Dinsmore of Methuen, MA. GrandchildrenJacob, Jack and Josephine. She is also survived by her sisterDonna Vose, wife of David Vose of Cape Neddick, Maine.

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to calling hours on Friday, June 24, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Dewhirst and Boles Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844.  A Funeral Service will take place at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
