Louise G. Alliette, 94 of Methuen passed away on Tuesday May, 28, 2024 at the Berkeley Retirement Home, Lawrence.
Louise was an active member of the Methuen Senior Center. She was an avid reader of readers Digest (large print). Her favorite pastimes were scratch tickets, speeding on Rt 28, smoking cigars, trips and falls breaking several bones, spending summers at Salisbury Beach, fish and chips at T-Bones and eating at Browns. She will be fondly remembered for always having tissues in her sleeve even if her sleeves were short. In the kitchen, Louise was known for her famous tuna casserole topped with Granite State Potato Chips, liver and onions and plugh.
Louise will now join in the 45’s game where Joe, Steve, Red, Aldea, Cecile, Albert, Jeanne, Mickey, Mack, Florence, Red and Dolly are playing. It’s her deal.
Louise was predeceased by her husband Joseph Alliette, her son Steven Alliette and her son-in-law Robert (Chris) Chretian. She leaves behind her children Gail Clermont and her husband Richard, Scott Alliette and Kathleen Bird, and Lori Chretian. Louise also leaves several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren
Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Wednesday June 5, 2024 from 9 am to 11 am at the Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home 80 Broadway, Methuen. Funeral services will follow the calling hours at 11:00 am on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Methuen.
