Louis Schneider Obituary

Louis Herman Schneider, 71, of Kingston, NH passed away at Holy Family Hospital on January 28th, 2022 surrounded by his loving wife and daughters. The son of Herman A. Schneider and Anne Marie (Lancelot) Schneider, he was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts September 8th, 1950. He graduated Lawrence High School in 1968 and spent most of his life in the Merrimack Valley before moving to Kingston, NH in 2004. He worked as an automotive technician at Smith Motors in Haverhill for the last 25 years.

Lou was a devoted family man who loved fiercely and deeply. Anyone who knew him was touched by his kindness, humor, and mild temperament. A man of few words, Lou still always managed to make an impression on all those who met him. We take comfort in knowing that he is now at peace.

Lou is predeceased by his parents and his daughter Amy Marie Schneider. He is survived by his loving wife Roberta N. (Gamble) Schneider with whom he recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Also survived by his sister Marilyn Kopacz; his daughters Dawn Schneider, Anne Schneider and fiance Shawn Caron, Amanda Battle and husband Mark Battle, Danielle Easter, Alecia Schneider and fiance Evan Thuotte; his grandchildren Alexandrea, Brittany, Tia, Andrew, Joseph, Christian, Kayla, Justin, Rene, Kieran, Damien, Chloe, Hannah, Kaison, and Sadie; and his great-grandchildren Aidan, Julia, and Owen.
