Leo Gallant, Jr. Obituary

 

Leo W. Gallant Jr. 80 of Methuen passed away peacefully on Sunday October 10, 2021 at Holy Family Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and a true friend. Leo truly loved his family, including his fraternal brothers and  sisters of the Improved Order of Redmen and Degree of Pocahontas of which he was a very active member for nearly 50 years. He lived and loved the order.

He was born, raised and educated in Lawrence, Massachusetts. He owned and operated Gallant Plumbing and Heating. Leo took great pride in his work and many of his customers became his friends over the years.   

Leo was predeceased by his parents Leo W. Gallant, Sr and his wife Helen, his sons William L. Gallant,Sr, Adam Gallant and Armand Allen Gallant, his Brother Robert J. Gallant, Sr,  his sister Donna M. Mack and  his granddaughter Tyanna L.Gallant.

 He is survived by his loving wife Jessica, his children and their spouses Michael Gallant, Kathy Rouleau, Jeffrey Gallant, Rita Gallant, Rebecca Gallant, Samantha Berard, Christopher Lebel, Dyanna Szostak, Alexis Coles-Emerson and Daniel Gallant. Leo also leaves his daughter-in-law Trisha Gallant, his brother Richard A. Gallant and his sister Joanne M. Carta-McMahon. Leo was also blessed with many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Thursday October 14, 2021 from 3 pm to 6 pm at the Dewhirst & Boles Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen.
