Laurel Marie (Pelletier) Cosentino, 77, of Derry, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 7, 2020, at her home in Derry, with her family at her side.
The daughter of the late Roderick and Leda (Pinette) Pelletier, Laurel was born on February 22, 1943 in Rockville, Connecticut. She was educated in Waterville, Maine schools and was a graduate of Waterville High School, where she excelled in cheerleading. She resided most of her life in the Merrimack Valley, and was a home maker, raising her family. She enjoyed painting, ceramics, and playing canasta. She was noted for her baking of her famous banana bread.
Laurel is survived by her two daughters; Denise C. Cosentino of Derry, NH and Michelle M. Paquette and her husband Steve Paquette of North Hampton, NH; a son, David L. Cosentino and his wife Kate Cosentino of Andover, MA; five grandchildren, Lindsay, Christen, Courtney, Maggie, and Kasey; and seven great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to calling hours on Saturday, September 12, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. to 12 Noon at the Dewhirst and Boles Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844. A Funeral Service will follow at 12 Noon at the Funeral Home. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and regulations, face masks must be worn and social distancing must be observed.
