In loving memory of Kimberly Ann "Baby Dimps" Bemis, 52, of Methuen, MA, who passed away unexpectedly on January 20th at her home. Kimberly, known for her vibrant spirit and infectious laughter, touched the lives of many with her charismatic personality and boundless love.
A graduate of Methuen High School, class of 1989, Kimberly served in the US Army before following her true passion for dancing. With unwavering dedication and talent, she pursued her dreams, captivating audiences with her grace and charm. Her love for dance took her across 48 states, enriching her life with diverse experiences and cherished memories.
In 1999, Kimberly and her family settled in Las Vegas, NV, where both her daughters Cassandra and Ashley still reside. In 2012, she returned to Methuen, where she found joy in the simple pleasures of life, including spending time with her grandmother Joan Riley, who predeceased her in 2015, her parents Edward and Nancy Bemis, and her brother Eric and his wife Molly.
Kimberly's magnetic personality and zest for life endeared her to all who knew her. She never met a stranger, and her compassion extended not only to her family but also to animals, including her cherished pets, Blackjack and Pumpkin, whom she adored.
Kimberly's love for storytelling was evident in her passion for novels, movies, and engaging conversations. Her laughter filled every room, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those she encountered.
Kimberly will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her. May her vibrant spirit and unwavering love live on in the hearts of those she touched.
A celebration of Kimberly's life will be held at Veasey Memorial Park ,201 Washington St, Groveland, MA on her birthday, July 14th from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. We will honor her legacy and cherish the memories we shared with her. Guests are encouraged to wear purple as it was Kimberly's favorite color.
