Hector Rosario Correa – Lawrence, MA

Hector Rosario Correa, 64 of Lawrence, MA went to Heaven on December 15, 2023. He was born on November 1, 1959, in Jayuya, Puerto Rico. Hector lived most of his life in a residential home with others that were special like him.  He had the innocence of a child and loved the color yellow. This Christmas he specifically asked for a yellow remote-control helicopter. Unfortunately, Hector left us before he could enjoy his new toy. He loved walking around the neighborhood and collecting random things while smoking his cigarettes. His sudden passing has left a void in our hearts. 

Hector was the son of Maria Luisa Correa and the late Ramon Rosario Burgos. He is also survived by his sisters Milagro Rosario, Lucy Rosario, Nereida Rosario and Iris Rosario of Lawrence, Gladys Ortega of Fitchburg, Lydia Broche of Virginia. Brothers Jose Luis Rosario, Samuel Rosario, Jose Guillermo Rosario of Lawrence, Edwin Rosario of Florida, Miguel Rosario and Ismael Rosario of Puerto Rico. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be at The Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844. On Thursday, December 21, 2023, from 10 AM – 1130 AM. A funeral service will follow the calling hours at the funeral home at 11:30 AM.
