Obituary
Gaston J. Lamontagne, 81, of Salem, NH, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen.
The son of the late Ludger and Hedwidge (Brochu) Lamontagne. Gaston was born in Coleraine, Quebec, Canada on May 3, 1941. He was educated and raised in Canada. Gaston came to Salem, NH in 1965 and was employed as a shipper at Malden Mills until his retirement.
Gaston was predeceased by his wife, Alice E. (Smith) Lamontagne, and is survived by three brothers, Jeanot, Patrick and Richard Lamontagne, and several nieces, nephews and close friends.
A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 10:00AM in the Elmwood Cemetery, Methuen. There are no calling hours.
