Frances Bette Sullivan

Frances Bette Sullivan, 84 of Georgetown, MA died Saturday February 15, 2025 at home following a lengthy illness. 

Bette leaves behind her son Loran Jr, his partner Kate Smith and their two children Riley and Kassidy Sullivan. She also leave behind two nieces, Cathy Giordano and her husband Tony of Billerica MA and Loreen Brahaney and her husband John of Nashua, NH, sisters in law Sharyn Cunningham of East Longmeadow, Ma, Donna Morgan and her husband Patrick of Peabody Ma, Robin Sullivan and her husband John Gillen of Hampton, NH. Bette was predeceased by her loving husband of 50 years, Loran ‘Les’ Sullivan Sr, sister, Barbara Delano and her husband Walter Sr, brother Butchie Cunningham and nephew Walter Delano Jr. 

Bette was born and raised in Everett, MA. She worked in accounting at Stop & Shop for many years. She had a long time love for horses, which led her and her husband to build a boarding stable in Georgetown, MA. They cared for many horses over the years with their boarders becoming extended family, including Ruthie Protz who cared for Bette’s horse when she no longer could. Bette was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. 

 Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Sunday February 23, 2025 from 2pm to 4pm at the Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home 80 Broadway, Methuen.
