Edward Shipulski Jr. – Methuen, MA

Edward Shipulski Jr., 83, of Methuen, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2026.

Born in Lynn, Massachusetts, on July 10, 1943, Edward devoted much of his professional life to the insurance industry. He spent many years with The Hartford before concluding his career with Zurich Insurance Company.

Outside of work, Edward found his greatest happiness with his family and in the outdoors. He loved fishing, boating, camping, and taking family vacations to the lake, where many lasting memories were made.

Edward was predeceased by his beloved son, David; his first wife, Karen; his longtime companion of more than 20 years, Louise Ford; his parents, Edward Shipulski Sr. and Dorothy Babcock Shipulski; and his siblings, Daniel Shipulski, Charles Shipulski, and Jane Terranova.

He is survived by his sons, Michael and his wife, Lori; Peter and his wife, Michelle; John; and Christopher and his fiancée, Linda; his daughter-in-law, Rachel; his cherished grandchildren, Emma, Sophia, Le, Cameron, Ethan, and David Jr.; as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844.
