Doreen A. Birch – Haverhill, MA

Doreen A. Birch, 60, of Haverhill, MA, formerly of Lawrence, MA, passed away on February 12, 2025, after a courageous battle with breast cancer. Born on December 14, 1964, she is the daughter of the late George and Anne (Valcourt) Birch.

She is survived by her loving brothers, Kevin and John Birch, her sister, Sharon and her spouse, Joe Marrone; her 4 nieces and nephew: Kaleigh and spouse Pres Valkovski, Ashley D’Angelo, Alicia D’Angelo, Steven D’Angelo, and Amie Marrone; and her 7 great nieces and nephews.

Doreen loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed going to her niece’s home every Friday night and kicking butt at 45s. She enjoyed going to Bingo and her crossword puzzles. She enjoyed talking to her family in Florida on the phone and teasing her family and friends. She looked forward to April to be able to go to the flea market and out-sell her brother.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Monday, February 17, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home, 80 Broadway in Methuen, MA 01844. A Funeral Service will follow the calling hours at the funeral home at 6:30 PM.
