Diane C. Mills

Diane Christine (Preston) Mills, 72 of Lawrence passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 27, 2023 surrounded by family.

The daughter of the late Raymond and Christine (Allston) Preston born on November 15, 1950, she grew up and was educated in Lawrence, MA and graduated from Lawrence High School in 1968. Diane also attended Fazio Beauty School which came in handy for her doing her granddaughter’s hair.  She worked for 33 years at SkyWorks Inc.

Diane’s passion was her family. Those left to grieve her are her husband of 52 years, Wesley Mills of Lawrence, her sons John W. and Christopher M. Mills both of Haverhill; her grandchildren Deanna, Jalyssa, Raheem, Jillian, Chantelle, Daejon, Lucas and Janiyah. She will also be sadly missed by “her babies” the great-grandchildren Aaliyah, Xavian, Marcus, Kyrie, Bryson, Mya and Jianna. Her two sisters, Judy and Doreen and a brother, Raymond as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to Calling hours on Friday September 1, 2023 from 4 pm to 6 pm at the Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home 80 Broadway, Methuen.
