Diana V. (Kiberkates) Choquette, 90, of Methuen passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 10, 2024.
Diana, fondly known by her family as Nana, was born in Lawrence, MA to Joseph and Julia Kiberkates. She was educated in Lawrence and graduated from Lawrence High School. Diana worked various jobs throughout the years, until retiring in 2001.
Diana had many hobbies; she was an avid bowler, enjoyed playing bingo and meeting her friends at the senior center to play 45’s. She loved going on bus trips to the casinos, along with enjoying many trips to Vegas with her friends and family.
She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Choquette, who she married in 1956. Together, they had 6 children and were married for 66 years. Her family was her top priority, and she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will forever be remembered for her quick wit, her sense of humor, her tenderness and warmth. Diana and her late husband enjoyed long drives throughout New England, with the beach being her favorite place to visit.
She is predeceased by her husband Donald, her daughter Denise, her son Donald, daughter-in-law Theresa Choquette, her son-in-law Thomas Jankowski and her older sister Irene Torrez.
She is survived and will be greatly missed by her children, Donna Jankowski, Debra Choquette, Diane Vigneault and her husband Ronald, and Darlene Collins and her husband William. In addition, she leaves behind her grandchildren Adam Jankowski, Amanda Sanzo, Ross Vignault, Jameson Collins, Tanyka Freiman, Joseph Choquette and Allison Collins as well as 3 great grandchildren, Owen Sanzo, Cole Jankowski and Hudson Collins
