Cheryl A. Corrente – Methuen, MA

Cheryl A. Corrente, 61, of Methuen, MA, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2025. Born in 1964, Cheryl grew up in Lawrence, MA, and graduated from the Lawrence public school system.

Cheryl was known for her big heart, her love of coffee, and her fondness for all things pink. She had a soft spot for cats and a special place in her life for her dear friend Frankie. One of her favorite places to go was always Walmart, where she never failed to find a little gift for Frankie — just one of the many small ways she showed her love and thoughtfulness.Her family extends heartfelt thanks to the dedicated caregivers at Cheryl’s group home, whose kindness and support brought comfort and stability to Cheryl’s daily life

Cheryl is survived by her brother, Steven A. Corrente, and his wife Karen J. Corrente, her nephew Tyler Corrente, and her niece Tatum Corrente, all of Methuen. She is also survived by her brother Richard P. Corrente of Missouri and uncle David Corrente, of Lawrence. She was predeceased by her beloved parents, Richard A. Corrente and Anna M. Corrente, and her sister Karen M. Hurley.

Cheryl’s memory will be cherished by those who knew her gentle spirit, generous heart, and unmistakable sense of humor. She will be deeply missed.

Calling hours are Tuesday, September 16, 2025 from 10:00-11:30 AM at Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow the funeral service in Bellevue Cemetery in Lawrence, MA.
