Carolyn C. (Ryley) Sciuto

Carolyn C. (Ryley) Sciuto, 85, of Lawrence, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Mary Immaculate Nursing Center in Lawrence.

The daughter of the late Thomas and Ivy (Speegley) Ryley, Carolyn was born in Lawrence on January 7, 1939.  She was educated in Lawrence schools and was a lifelong resident of Lawrence.  She was a homemaker raising her family.  She enjoyed playing Bingo, taking walks, and going to Foxwoods.  She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

The widow of Sylvester Sciuto, Sr., she is survived by her children; Thomas Pricone, William Pricone of Salem, NH, Cathy McCann and her husband Shane McCann of Derry, NH, Charlene Pare and Sylvain of Salem, NH, Santo (Sam) Sciuto and partner Mary Benedetti of Salem, NH, Sylvester (Sully) Sciuto, Jr. and his wife Ann Marie of Londonderry, NH; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Carolyn was predeceased by her sons, the late Robert Pricone and the late Christopher Pricone.

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to calling hours on Monday, April 1, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. at the Dewhirst and Boles Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844.  A Funeral Service will follow at 6:45 p.m at the Funeral Home.  Private burial will take place in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, No. Andover.
