Billie Sue Burns

Billie Sue Burns, 86, of North Andover, MA, formerly of Lawrence, passed away on Tuesday August 18, 2026 at  Prescott House Nursing and Rehabilitation.

She was born on June 7, 1940 in Seattle, WA and proudly served in the United States Navy. Billie Sue worked at Ommphies Shoe Factory and Napa Auto Parts in Lawrence. Billie Sue enjoyed trips to the beach and to Foxwoods, where she could be found at a blackjack table. She also loved playing 45’s with friends and family.

Billie Sue is survived by her children Kevin Burns and his wife Christine of Derry, NH, Kimberly Morency and her significant other Jerry of Derry, NH, Kathleen Burns and significant other Dick of West Lebanon, NH and Keith Burns and his significant other Sam of Lawrence, MA; her eleven grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her husband Kenneth Burns and son Kerry Burns.
