Barbara A. D'Agata

Barbara A. D’Agata, 81 of Methuen Massachusetts passed away on December Monday 8, 2025 at The Nevins Nursing Center, Methuen. Barbara was the daughter of Dorothy and Maurice Dumont.

She is survived by her loving and ever-present husband Alfred D’agata, her sister and brother-in-law Beverly and Dean Avery, her sister-in-law and brother-in-law Joyce and Michael Crocco, her brother-in-law Joseph D’Agata, her brother-in-law and sister-in-law Richard and Donna D’agata, and her sister-in-law Phyllis D’agata as well as numerous cousins, nephews and nieces and great nephews and great nieces.

Barbara was heavily involved in the Methuen community and volunteered her time at the Nevins Memorial Library and the Methuen Senior Center.

Barbara was a resilient and stalwart person who passed away after a long illness. Her spirit and positive attitude will be greatly missed by her friends and family.

Family and friends are invited to an hour of visitation on Saturday December 13, 2025 from 11 am to Noon at the Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home 80 Broadway Methuen. Funeral services will follow the visitation at Noon on Saturday at the funeral home. Entombment will be at St Mary Immaculate Conception Cemetery Mausoleum, Lawrence.
