With profound sadness, we announce the unexpected passing of Angelica "Gelly" Pizarro on July 15, 2026. She was 24 years old.
Born on October 16, 2001, in Sierra Vista, Arizona, Gelly spent most of her life in South Lawrence, Massachusetts, where she was known for her bold heart, fearless spirit, and unwavering love for her family.
She loved being a sister and having sisters — above all else, being a mother was Gelly's greatest joy and purpose. Her children were the center of her world. She loved them fiercely and devoted herself to giving them unconditional love, strength, and support.
Gelly was fearless, brave, and never backed down from a challenge. If there was a task others were hesitant to take on, she was often the first to step forward.
She enjoyed photography, loved baking, and dreamed of opening her own bakery one day. She also loved making TikTok videos and listening to A Boogie wit da Hoodie and JI Prince.
She is survived by her beloved children, Josangel, Joszean, and Katalleya; her loving mother, Arminda Pizarro; her four sisters, Magdalena, Milagros, Emily, and Sara; the father of her children; and all who knew and loved her.
Though her time with us was far too short, Gelly's love, kindness, and beautiful spirit will forever be remembered by her children, her family, and everyone whose lives she touched.
Calling hours to honor Gelly’s life will be held on Saturday, July 25, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home 80 Broadway Methuen, MA. Funeral services will follow at 6:00 pm. Family and friends are invited to attend and celebrate Gelly's life. To leave an online condolence, please visit Gelly’s tribute page at www.dewhirstbolesfuneral.com.
