Angel Luis Reyes, who was born on June 29, 1967, in Chicago, Illinois, and passed away on May 26, 2026, in Methuen, Massachusetts, lived a life marked by love, loyalty, and a deep devotion to family and friends.
He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend whose presence brought warmth and strength to those around him. Angel carried himself with quiet dignity and a generous spirit, and he will be remembered for the kindness he showed, the laughter he shared, and the steadfast way he cared for the people he loved.
He is survived by his wife, Elsie Torres; his daughter, Yaritza Rosado and her husband, Ernesto Rosado; and his son, Angel Torres. His family was the center of his world, and he treasured every moment spent with them.
Angel found happiness in the simple and meaningful parts of life. He enjoyed playing dominos, listening to music, and following sports, especially football and basketball. These interests were more than pastimes to him, as they were ways to connect with others, share stories, and enjoy the company of those closest to him. He especially valued time spent with family and friends, and he made those around him feel welcome and appreciated.
Those who knew Angel will remember his strong presence, his sense of humor, and the love he carried for his loved ones. His life reflected the importance of family, friendship, and togetherness, and those values will continue to be carried forward by the many lives he touched.
Though his passing leaves a deep sadness, his legacy remains one of love, resilience, and devotion. The memories he created, the lessons he shared, and the bonds he strengthened will continue to comfort his family and friends in the days ahead. He will be remembered not only for the life he lived, but also for the lasting impact of his presence.
Angel Luis Reyes will be dearly missed and forever remembered with love, respect, and gratitude by all who knew him.
