Amparo Berrios Tirado 72 died peacefully with her family by her side at her home in Haverhill, MA.
Amparo was born in Guayama, Puerto Rico on July 31, 1949 to Alejandrina Tirado and Ramon Berrios. She was one of 16 children. In her early 20’s she migrated to the United States where she began her career as a Dental Assistant for 23 years with Dr. Lawrence Cutler.
Besides spending time with her family, she enjoyed music and going out dancing, as well as trying new food and binge-watching new shows on Netflix. Amparo had a heart of gold. She played a motherly role to many with her nurturing personality and selfless nature.
Amparo left behind 3 children; Jimmy Sosa, Naida Berrios and Hilguia Torres; 9 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
