Alison (Andrews) Hebbelinck, 74, of Methuen, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen surrounded by her loving family.
The daughter of the late Andrew and Helen (Kouvelous) Andrews, Alison was born in Lawrence, MA on August 17, 1947. She attended the Tarbox School in Lawrence and was a graduate of Lawrence High School, Class of 1965. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree (B.S.) in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Merrimack College. She was employed for over 40 years in the clothing industry, mainly as an accounting manager. With her late husband, Louis, Alison travelled extensively throughout the world.
The wife of the late Louis A. Hebbelinck, with whom she shared 54 years of marriage, until his death in April 3, 2021, Alison and Louis shared a special love together. Alison is survived by three sons; Louis A. Hebbelinck II and his wife Melinda and their son Louis III of Newburyport, Derek M. Hebbelinck and his wife Carrie and their children Aaron Routses and his wife Rachel, Demetria, Ashton and Axel of Danvers, MA, Marc L. Hebbelinck and his wife Karen and their children, Tayla Beauregard and her husband Jeffrey, Marc Anthony, and Kailey of Methuen, MA; her great grandchildren, Mia and Ava Beauregard . Alison is also survived by her sisters, Priscilla Cubelli, Kristine Costello, and half-sister, Alice Andrews; and half-brother, Peter Andrews; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Harry Andrews.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to calling hours on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Dewhirst and Boles Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated, Thursday, June 9, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish at St. Theresa’s Church, 22 Plymouth St., Methuen, MA 01844. Everyone is requested to meet the family at the church. Burial will follow the Mass in the Bellevue Cemetery, 170 May Street, Lawrence.
