Santos Alicea

Santos Alicea, born September 7th 1957 in Cayey, Puerto Rico passed away unexpectedly on November 18th 2018 at Lawrence General Hospital at the young age of 61. He was a long time resident of Lawrence MA.
Santos worked his way to become an Application Engineer for various Engineering firms.  His love for the field was proved by the success of his work.
Santos is survived by his two daughters, Janie and Cynthia Alicea, his six beautiful grandchildren and his one great grandchild, all of whom he extremely loved. He also leaves behind brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, a step-father and many family and friends. He was predeceased by his father Santos Alicea and his mother, Irma Nazario-Alicea.
Santos consistently portrayed the qualities of a great man. The proof is easy to see by the tenacity and resiliency of the professional manner he carried himself with.
Santos was incredibly family oriented. His summers were filled with him taking his daughters camping and fishing.
Anybody who knew Santos knows that he loved to dance and was always the life of the party. He lit up any room he walked into. This man’s smile was infectious and we were lucky to see it. This loss will be felt by everyone that has come across this amazing person.
