Welcome to the memorial page for

Judith A. Doyle

March 17, 2017

Judith "Judy" Wetmore Doyle, 64, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2017 at Lawrence General Hospital after a lifetime of significant health issues; but, she was always ready for the next trip, vacation or party.

Judy, as everyone called her, was born and raised in Methuen and graduated from Tenney High School in 1971. After graduating, she took many courses including attending Fazio's Beauty School. She was working at Pacific Packaging Co. in Wilmington as an office manager until 2010 when her disabilities forced her to retire. She then made a little business for herself making Fugoche cheese. Those of you who know what that is are devoted and loyal customers. For those who don't, please ask.

Judy loved York Beach in Maine where she spent many summers since she was a young girl. Her other interests and pastimes were reading, crossword puzzles, karaoke, Relay for Life, trips to Mexico, cooking, Bunco with the "girls" and spending hours just sitting on Long Sands at York Beach.

Her family members include her sister, Nancy LaMonica of Methuen and her brothers, Kenneth and his wife, Linda Wetmore of Davenport, FL, Colby and his wife, Judy of Dracut and Alan and his companion, Nancy MacCullum of Tewksbury.  She also leaves her longtime companion, Richard Webber of Methuen as well as her step-children, Stacey Wester and Blaine Doyle and her nieces and nephews, Adam LaMonica, Jeffrey, Courtney, Kristine, Kara, Alan John (AJ) Wetmore and Kathy Thibault and her great niece and great nephew, Elijah and Avery LaMonica and her beloved cat, Sammi. Judy was predeceased by her parents, Colby and Arlene Wetmore, her niece Amy Rae LaMonica and her ex-husband, Gregory Doyle.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Tuesday March 21, 2017 from 3 to 6 pm at The Charles F. Dewhirst Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen. Funeral services will be at 6:00 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
