Dianne M. (Morin) Thibault

Dianne M. (Morin) Thibault, 66, of Methuen, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, with her family at her side.

The daughter of Yvonne (Lanouette) Morin and the late Joseph V. Morin, Dianne was born on October 30, 1952. She was educated in Methuen schools and was a 1971 graduate of Tenney High School. Exceptionally skilled with a sewing machine, Dianne enjoyed handcrafting gifts for family and friends. Being the ultimate host, she welcomed loved ones to her home with freshly baked desserts and made-from-scratch dinners. As a generous caretaker, she was a source of comfort for the people in her life. Dianne had a playful spirit and delighted in a cheeky prank or a bit of mischievous fun.

Dianne is survived by her husband of 46 years, Danny J. Thibault; daughter, Kara M. Thibault; mother, Yvonne Morin; and four siblings: Francine Carney and George Murray, Roland and Mary Morin, Joseph and Joyce Morin, Donna and Paul Pazolt. She’ll also be remembered by several nieces and nephews, and an abundance of friends.

Dianne was the mother of the late Catherine M. Thibault and the late Jessica L. Thibault.

A funeral Mass will be held Monday, August 5, 2019, at 11:00 AM in St. Monica’s Church, Lawrence Street, Methuen. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery, Methuen.
