Cesar Augusto Pinheiro

Cesar Augusto Pinheiro died unexpectedly in his home on January 8, 2019 in Methuen, Massachusetts at the age of 50.

Cesar is survived by his mother, Maria H. Pinheiro of São Miguel, Azores; wife, Danielle E. Pinheiro of Methuen, MA; children; Samantha Pinheiro, Nicholas Pinheiro, as well as one granddaughter, Sophia Pinheiro all of Methuen, MA; siblings; José Pinheiro of Woburn, MA (wife, Adelia Pinheiro), Gervásio Pinheiro of Burnaby, British Columbia (wife, Cidalia Pinheiro), Germano Pinheiro of of São Miguel, Azores, Cidalia Soriano of Malden, MA (husband, Nelson Soriano), Hilario Pinheiro of São Miguel, Azores (wife, Margarida Pinheiro), Emiliana Parceiro of Woburn, MA (husband Paul Parceiro), Maria Couto of Wilmington, MA (husband Emanuel Couto), and Grace DiPrizio of Wakefield, MA (husband Michael DiPrizio). He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Cesar is preceded in death by his father, José Pinheiro of São Miguel, Azores.

Cesar was born on October 5, 1968 in São Miguel, Azores to José and Maria Pinheiro. He came to the United States as an adult and pursued an honest career as a floor installer. He married Danielle E. Pinheiro in 1991 while living in Dracut, MA. Over time, the couple moved to Methuen, MA where they lived and had two children, Samantha and Nicholas Pinheiro. His children remember him as a kind and generous father who encouraged them to be humble, honest and caring.

Cesar worked as a floor installer for 32 years. He was a loving individual who was passionate about taking care of others. He enjoyed watching movies and sports, especially his favorite Futbol team, Sporting. Other hobbies included gardening, collecting sports cards and playing video games. Cesar was known as the life of the party, leaving a smile and a humorous story to tell for all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Calling hours will be between 5:00-8:00 PM on Monday, January 14, 2019 at Dewhirst & Boles Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844. A funeral is scheduled for 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Saint Monica’s Parish in Methuen, MA. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Cesar’s life.
