Arthur was predeceased by his wife of 53 years, Rita Ouellette, as well as his four brothers and two sisters.  He is survived by two sons, Kenneth and his wife Joni of Salem, NH, and Richard and his wife Yupin of Wilton, NH, and one daughter, Carol and her husband Brett Burgard of Plaistow, NH.  He also leaves five grandchildren:  Stacy, Christina, Daniel, Rachel, and Kelly, as well as five great-grandchildren.  He was an important part of his family and will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
