Ana (Suriel) Primiterio

Ana (Suriel) Primiterio, 81, of Lawrence passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, with her devoted family at her side.

Ana was born in Costanza, Dominican Republic, on February 16, 1937, the daughter of the late Pedro Suriel and Mercedes Queliz. She was educated in the Dominican Republic and came to Greater Lawrence in 1994. She was a homemaker and attended St. Patrick’s Church. She enjoyed taking care of her family and going to church.

Ana is survived by her former husband, Ramon Primiterio; her children, Cesar Queliz, Julian Suriel, both of the Dominican Republic, Miriam Primiterio of Lawrence and Vidal Primiterio of North Andover; her grandchildren, Alexander, Anabel, Miguel-Angel, Lisette, Marjorie, Junior, Jonathan, Elisandra; brothers, Miguel, Antonio, Quico, Luis; a sister, Delia; nieces and nephews. Ana was also predeceased by her brother, Frank.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, October 19, 2018, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Dewhirst & Boles Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844. A Funeral Service will take place, Saturday, October 20, 2018, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Lawrence.

Ana Suriel Primiterio nació en Constanza, Republica Dominicana, el 16 de Febrero del 1937, hija de Pedro Suriel y Mercedez Queliz. Ella fue educada en la Republica Dominicana y se mudó a la ciudad de Lawrence en el 1994. Ella era ama de casa, cuidaba su familia y asistía la iglesia de San Patricio.
