Tyler James Christian Runge, 22, of Methuen passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016. Tyler went to Methuen Public Schools for his grammar years then onto Greater Lawrence Technical School. He loved his job as an apprentice electrician following his dream. He loved his family, camping, fishing, and boating.  He just loved anything outdoors.  His favorite pastime was working on cars and small engine machines.

Tyler is survived by his mother Paula Defelice of Derry, NH, father Christian Matthew Runge of Methuen, his step mom Rebecca Rocha of Methuen, his brothers Corey and Kameron Runge and his sister Autumn Runge all of Methuen. He also leaves his paternal great grandmother Marjorie Runge of Lawrence, his paternal grandparents, Carl and Dianne Runge of Methuen and maternal grandparents, Linda and Michael Defelice of Derry, NH, step grandparents Jose Rocha and the late Sherry Rocha of Methuen, his Uncle Nathan James and Aunt Darlene Runge of California, his Uncle Carl Runge of Methuen, his Aunt Nicole Rocha of Methuen, his Aunt Miranda Runge of Methuen as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.

He was greatly loved and treasured and will be missed dearly.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at The Charles F. Dewhirst Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen.
