Margie and I shared a life-long friendship; the story of which she was always quick to tell. In addition to being proud of her teaching career, Margie was a generous, caring, supportive and protective friend. She loved traveling to new places, sharing conversation over a great meal, reading/collecting mystery novels, and researching her genealogy. She'll truly be missed by the people whose lives she touched, including my own. I'm grateful to have had her in my life.
