Lorraine Saba, 84, passed away peacefully on May 10 in her home on Seabrook Beach, NH surrounded by her loving family and caretakers. Lorraine was a spiritual woman who is best known for her ability to connect with people in deep and meaningful ways. She was a kind, compassionate person and a positive role model to those whose lives she touched.  Lorraine shared a beautiful, inspirational marriage of 61 years with Stanley Saba, her devoted husband and best friend. She enjoyed the beach, and was often seen in the ocean or walking hand-in-hand with her husband along the beaches of Salisbury and Seabrook, as well as her favorite beach in Aruba. The couple’s strength, support and commitment to each other through both good and difficult times as well as sickness and in health was the foundation on which they chose to build their family life and Lorraine was the heart of it all. They were truly blessed having shared countless memorable happy experiences with their children and grandchildren helping people and enjoying each other when traveling the world together. Lorraine was the daughter of Assad and Khatoum (Bashara) Nassif and the sister of Edward Nassif and his wife Emma, and sister of Mary Nassif, Margaret Nassif, Alice and her husband, James Elias, Elizabeth (Betty) Nassif and Doris Nassif. She has gone to heaven to reunite with them. Lorraine leaves behind the love of her life, her husband, Stanley Saba of Andover and Seabrook Beach, NH, sons Kevin Saba and his wife, Leslie of Waterville Valley, NH and Richard Saba and his wife, Kim of Methuen along with daughters Debra and her husband, Gregory Tomaszewski of Seabrook, NH, Ann and her husband, Raymond Urban of Marblehead, MA, Kathleen and her husband, Peter Richards of Boxford, MA, and Sandra and her husband, Eric Karcher of Boxford, MA as well as her 14 grandchildren, Ben Tomaszewski, Matthew & Stephanie Tomaszewski, Ashely & Dennis Winders, Brooke & Brendan McDowell, Jessica Saba, Jack Saba, Adam Urban, Luke Urban, Megan Richards, Thomas Richards, Zachary Saba, Amanda Saba, Cassandra Karcher, Evan Karcher, and newest member of the family, great granddaughter, Chloe Tomaszewski all who will miss Lorraine dearly. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A graduate of Lawrence High school and member of St. Joseph Melkite Church, Lorraine was an active member of the Daughters of St. Joseph, St. Basil’s Seminary Community and was always there to help support people in need.
