Aunt Lee and family,
So sorry to get the late news of Uncle Ken's passing. Some of my best childhood memories were with your family. Ken and Dad singing in the choir and at Western Mass district choral and sharing our love for pups by taking us in cart rides with your newfies. I remember his comic stunts with his puppet and his trumpet...he was one of the reasons that my sister and I took up the trumpet. I will always remember him as an honorable ethical man of great faith and a life well lived.
Love to you all,
Laura Moore

So sorry to hear of your Mom & Dad's passing. It is very hard to lose one parent but to lose both around the same time is indeed very sad. Hold on to all your many memories...they will help you in the days, weeks, months & years ahead. Please accept my deepest condolences. I am the daughter in law of Muriel & Weston from Topsail Rd, St. John's,Nfld. Muriel was a Cooper from Western Bay. She has a sister May King' now living in Carbonear. Your Mom called her all the time actually she talked to her only a short time ago. Aunt May will be 97 years old in July I remember when you came with your travel trailer & parked it in Muriel's back yard. Those were great times...never to come again! When my late husband & I visited your parents, they gave us a big bunch of rubarb from the garden... My prayers & thoughts are with you all...hug each other lots!! God is good!

Dear Lee -

Here is hoping you are as well as can be during this difficult time.
I am going to miss you and Ken stopping by the house during your walks around the neighborhood. I learned so much from the two of you about so many things including First Church., Methuen High School and Methuen in general. I particularly loved hearing about the province of Newfoundland and the beautiful dogs that bear the same name. It is no wonder you loved your Newfie so much, they are a reflection of what and who the both of you are; calm, sweet, friendly, intelligent, easygoing and most important of all - a friend to all.

With much love, gary dockham and family

Dear Lee, I'm keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. I remember Ken best for the time he filled in as our handbell director at First Church. He kept our group together at a time when we had no staff leader, and might have fallen apart. I hope he is hearing beautiful music now.
