George W. Muller, 91 of Danville NH, passed away on Friday, July 7th, 2017 at the Epsom Healthcare Center in Epsom, NH. He was born on May 8th, 1926 to Paul & Emma (Brear) Muller of 176 Prospect Street, Lawrence, MA, the second of three children including his sister Dorothy and brother Harold.

George attended Lawrence local schools and joined the U.S. Army. He served in Korea and saw combat many times, sometimes hand to hand. When he was honorably discharged, he returned home to the Merrimack Valley and married Barbara Dill. The two lived happily together until her untimely death in 1984.

George retired from Koch Membrane in 1995. After retirement he worked part-time for a local security company, where he met Arthur Laura of Saugus, MA who also worked as a guard. They, together with George’s younger brother Harold, became close friends and spent many hours and days remembering the good times and enjoying their retirement.

George leaves behind many nieces and nephews, as well as a few remaining close friends and especially Arthur. His brother Harold sadly passed away in early 2004.

George was a good, honest man who will be missed by all who knew him. With the passing of time, he just came to be known as everybody’s “Uncle George”
