Eleanor Schubert, 92 passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday December 28, 2016 at Salemhaven, Salem, NH.  Mrs. Schubert was born in Lawrence and raised in Methuen.  She was a graduate of Edward F. Searles High School and attended McIntosh Business School, Lawrence.  She worked as a secretary at Watts Regulator Company and was a longtime very active member of United Methodist Church, Lawrence.  Eleanor was an avid gardener and loved animals especially her dog, Marty. She loved being with her family, her children, grandchildren and their families. 

The widow of Elliot Schubert, her family members include her daughters, Elaine Brinn of Vacaville, CA and Cynthia Laorenza of Methuen. She also leaves her sons, Neil Schubert of Methuen, Carl and his wife, Denise Schubert of N. Hutchison Island, FL and Richard and his wife, Karen Schubert of Methuen.  Eleanor also leaves her sister, Grace and her husband, Richard Ettwein of Bethlehem, PA, her sister-in-law, Anne Schubert of Maine as well as 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her 6 siblings and 1 grandson.
