Doris Proposki, age 85, formerly of Lawrence MA, passed peacefully on January 1, 2017 with family by her side in Bullhead City, Arizona. Doris was predeceased by her son, Walter E. Proposki of Lawrence; her brother, Ozzie Viel and sister, Dorothy Elser both of California. Doris is survived by her daughter, Linda and her husband, Patrick O’Connor of Bullhead City, AZ; grandchildren Stephanie Proposki and Jonathen Proposki of Haverhill, MA and Christopher Proposki of NH; sister, Beatrice Tuttle of Fort Mohave, AZ and brother, Edward Viel of Lawrence, MA. She also leaves many nieces, nephews and friends. Doris was a seamstress and presser in a drycleaners for many years. She loved to sew and made many clothes throughout her life. She also liked to knit, watch game and cooking shows and loved to cook.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Wednesday May 31, 2017 from 9am to 11am at The Charles F. Dewhirst Funeral Home, 80 Broadway Methuen.
